We have a no refunds policy . We are happy to reschedule or change location (if weather related), with 3 days' notice before the event. You have 3 months to reschedule your event.

Charmed and Precious Picnics are not legally responsible for any on-site injuries nor compensation for medical emergencies during your event as part of the rental set up. Charmed and Precious are not responsible for any illegal or criminal activity that occurs onsite. Guests are responsible for their behavior and must follow the Parks and City rules.
