1)How Do I Book a Luxury Picnic or Movie night?

Fill out form under the “Book A Package” tab.  A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at time of confirmed booking. Balance is due one week prior to event. An incidental charge of $50-$100(depending on party size) will be due with final payment. The incidental charge will be refunded within a week of your booking if everything is returned in its original condition.

2) Where Can We Have Our Luxury Picnic?

 Your backyard, lanai, porch a local park or a rented pavilion at a local park. Our approved park locations are listed on booking form. Some parks require an additional fee. We can also set up your picnic inside your home or other location. Some ideas are a rented space-indoor or out (you are responsible for the rental) or an Airbnb.

3)Are Food and Drinks Included?

Food and drinks are not included. (Exception is Tea Party picnic.) Alcohol is prohibited at city parks. You may add on items from our add-on list or bring your own food. We do provide a complimentary bottle of water for each guest.

4) How long in Advance do I need to book?

We require a minimum 2 week notice for events. 3-4 weeks notice is preferred. Events booked less than 2 weeks out, will be subject to a rush fee.

5) Cancellation Policy?

We have a no refund policy. We are happy to reschedule or change location (if weather related), with 3 days' notice before event. You have 3 months to reschedule your event.

6) How Many Guests can we have?

We are currently booking events for a maximum of 12.  Need more? Let’s talk about it!
